Asheville Area Realty was founded by Debbie Francis in 2014 when she decided that being associated with a large firm was not providing the flexibility in customer service she desired to provide.
Asheville Area Realty is a full-service brokerage that focuses on the client’s needs.
It is a small boutique firm that is able to offer clients who work in healthcare, education, police, fire, or the military .75% off the price of any home listed in the MLS for buyers or 25% of our commission for sellers.
The firm is also able to offer a lower commission rate for sellers of luxury homes. We strive not to be the largest firm in town, but the firm that provides the best customer service. Consequently we do not take on more clients than we can easily handle. You will not find us on lists of top agents that reflect the agents with the highest sales volume or number of transactions.
